Since releasing her album Elle in 2010 the Cameroon-born singer Ntjam Rosie (1983) built a solid fanbase (inter)nationally. In February of 2020 she released her sixth studio album, Family and Friends, which was well received as well. Sailing Out, the album’s second single, was picked up by two Brazilian producers and their remix was released by renowned label Spinnin’ Records. Long story short; Ntjam Rosie is in a good place right now.

The singer/songwriter produced her own theatre show Breaking Beats, toured the world with the controversial theatre show Dear Winnie about Winnie Mandela and hit the road with Artvark Saxophone Quartet. A world class, versatile and enterprising performer, we’d say: Ntjam Rosie graced the stages of large (jazz)festivals in over 20 countries. On Friday august 13th it’s our turn at Amersfoort World Jazz Festival!
